Ms. Nancy Green is the owner of a small consulting business providing program/project management and performance-based contract/acquisition consulting services to government and commercial clients. She has over 25 years of varied professional experience that has allowed her to develop multifaceted skills within multiple business functions. Ms. Green's professional experience includes senior management positions within program management offices specifically within the contract and business operations functions.

Ms. Green is highly experienced in reviewing Requests for Bid/Proposals for risk, developing risk mitigations, and assuring responses to bid, proposals, etc. are compliant.

Ms. Green has extensive performance-based contracting experience both within a contractor organization and as a consultant assisting various government agencies to develop acquisition strategies and implement performance-based contracts. She also possesses extensive information technology, service outsourcing, and software contract development and negotiation experience.

Ms. Green has developed and delivered presentations, proposals, contracts, and led contract negotiations. As a member of implementation and management teams, she assured continuity from intent through program implementation. She also has assisted start up organizations and businesses to developing processes, policy and procedures for their contract organizations. She has managed business operations, contract, subcontract, procurement, and program administration functions in commercial, federal, state and local government markets.
