Mike Rudinsky

Mr. Rudinsky is an expert in Armor training and training simulators. He has over 30 years experience in Armor having served in various assignments and positions in Armor units including the 42d Infantry Division and the 50th Armor Division. He had been a Master Gunner since 1979 and is currently a Master Sergeant in the New Jersey National Guard assigned to the Training and Training Technology Battle Lab at Fort Dis, New Jersey. He is qualified as a Battalion Master Gunner on the M48A5, M60A1, M60A3 and M1/M1A1. He has served as a Senior Instructor and Operator on Conduct of Fire Trainers (COFT) and has supervised Company Level Master Gunners. Mr. Rudinsky's battalion was rated in the top 5 of the US National Guard Units for battalion gunnery.

Mr. Rudinsky also served as an advisor to the Army of Oman for training in tank gunnery and updates on equipment usage. He was the Team Chief of a mobile training team at the Armor School of Oman. While there, he lead 2 instructors with several groups of participants through courses, reviewed and updated development programs for Conduct of Fire Trainers (COFT) and simulator training. Mr. Rudinsky also designed tank ranges and provided instruction including teaching appropriate use of US training manuals to soldiers in Oman.

Mr. Rudinsky was also a consultant to the Logistics School of Taiwan. While there he advised on direct support and general support for turret maintenance of the M60A3 tanks, developed maintenance schedule and training programs for the M60A3 tanks and conducted training for soldiers in the Taiwanese Army.

Mr. Rudinsky is the WPA subject matter expert for tanks, tanks simulators and tank conduct of fire trainers.
