Milt Looney, presently practices as an independent certified public accountant with practice limited to consulting on Government contract accounting. Since establishing his consulting business in 1989, Mr. Looney has provided advice to over 100 government contractors in 10 states. Prior to his retirement in 1989, he was with the Defense Contract Audit Agency for over 25 years. While with DCAA, he served as auditor, supervisor auditor, program manager and audit manager of the Huntsville, Alabama field audit office where he supervised over 30 auditors.

As a WPA associate, Mr. Looney assists WPA clients with cost proposal preparation, pre-award and post-award audits and establishment of an accounting system which meets the unique requirements of Government cost accounting. He provides advice on allowable cost and the likely Government position on various accounting and contract cost issues. When requested, Mr. Looney participates in contract negotiations and audits.
