Linn Brannon, is presently working as an independent management consultant specializing in the area of Government Acquisition and Contracting. Current clients are primarily small businesses in the Huntsville area or companies who have contracts in the local area. Mr. Brannon has over 33 years of Government Contract and Acquisition experience.

Mr. Brannon has a B.S. from the University of Alabama, a MBA from Jacksonville State University and a PhD. (abd) from Southeastern Institute of Technology. Prior to retiring in 1994, he was a contracting officer with the Space and Strategic Defense Command (now SMDC) with contracting responsibility for the THADD, BEDI, E2I programs and many smaller systems with multiple contracts on each system.

He provides the full range of acquisition and contracts services ranging from preparing position papers on various topics to structuring teaming arrangements, preparing proposals, conducting contract negotiations, serving on Red Teams, and advising on general contract and subcontract administration. As a WPA associate Mr. Brannon assist WPA clients with proposal preparation, negotiation strategy, contract interpretation and compliance. He is available to participate in all phases of the acquisition cycle to include pre-award, negotiation, and post award.
