William Pedigo Associates (WPA) was established in 1989 to assist small businesses in obtaining Federal Government contracts, primarily with the Department of Defense. WPA is a full service company with associates in all the important areas. Emphasis is placed on providing those services necessary to ensure the success of the small business in obtaining and performing Federal Government contracts. An Investment in the Client

Most small businesses cannot afford to pay for the services of WPA. The ordinary expenses of the business and the need to conserve capital for unexpected contingencies take all of the available cash flow. WPA will make an assessment of the market and the client company. If WPA determines the client has the potential to obtain and perform Federal Government contracts in the long term, WPA will make the investment and provide required services contingent on winning future contracts.
